Level 10n Hair Color

The 10 volume developer is a standard oxidizing level for permanent no lift hair color.

Level 1 hair is lighter in color than level 10 hair. As the hair gets lighter it will have a higher level number. Volume 10 is a good option if you are going just a bit darker than your current hair color and you do not need to lift or remove any of your existing color. Level 10 refers to the lightest possible blonde hair color white blonde.

The majority of hair color formulas work with a volume developer at level 10 20 30 or 40. Process for 20 30 minutes or when the desired hair level has been achieved.
