Log in to the linksys cloud account linked to your velop. I m having the same problem with my 2 node tri band velop routers 1 to 2 times each day. One of my nodes has been stuck on a solid red light for the last couple of days which supposedly indicates that it isn t connected to the internet even though it s definitely is 100 as i ve been connected to this node with no issues during that time. But the velop v1 led turn green at some point.

All devices connected to that node loose connection some of them reconnect later some do not until velop is rebooted. I factory reset my cable modem unplugged it plugged it back in then factory reset each velop node and went back through setup. When the light turns red it flashes for a while before turning solid red. However for my velops this isn t always true.

It sounds like a normal startup but the blinking red light suggests the node has lost connection to the primary node. Using a network analyzer the velops often remain connected even with a blinking red light.

You can access the velop dashboard through the linksys app if you want to check your wi fi settings or other router configurations. This is evident when a device that is connected to this node suddenly has no connectivity. Wish i could be more help. Ethernet ports connect ethernet cables to these gigabit thernet 10 100 1000 poe rts and to other wired devices on our ney twork.

I have tried unplugging it and it starts off at blue whilst rebooting then eventually goes red. When checking the velop nodes it is always this one node will be flashing. I have an issue with one node that multiple times a day appears to restart itself. The velop system is composed of nodes.

In setup i had solid blue for about 30 seconds then solid red on all 3 nodes. I have a 3 node velop system running in bridge mode. The linksys velop whole home mesh wi fi system outperforms traditional routers and range extenders giving you 100 percent seamless wi fi experience. It will go light blue and after a while go into red and blinking red.

After a while the app will complaint we re having trouble talking to your node. Strangely i seems to be able add the node when the led is in red. While the internet connection has dropped the wi fi network is still operating. Strangely wired and wireless internet worked fine.

Every minute or so sometimes more often the blue light blinks sometimes once sometimes several times and sometimes so long that it turns red. But when i see the status on a separate phone or ipaq.
